Midwest Customer Survey Results
Midwest employees are on a mission to provide Excellence Beyond Expectations® and we’d like to share some results of our recent customer satisfaction survey with you. An independent research company, Strategic Performance Group (SPG), conducted interviews with a representative sampling of Midwest customers. This confidential survey showed that 96.6% of our customers believe we meet or exceed their expectations, and 99% of our customers are very pleased with the quality of our products. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for Midwest is 8.88, based on a 1-10 satisfaction scale. Click here for more detailed CSI information.

The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is another important customer satisfaction indicator, providing a strong correlation between a company’s growth rate and the percentage of its customers who say they are promoters. The NPS is calculated by taking the percentage of promoters (scores of 9 & 10) and subtracting the percentage of detractors (scores of 1 – 6). The “passively satisfied” (scores of 7 & 8) are not included in the calculation. The NPS for Midwest Sign & Screen Printing is 71.1, indicating a high level of customer loyalty. Click here for more details on the NPS, including a chart showing Midwest’s score results.
The survey also included 19 pages of candid comments about how we can make the Midwest experience even better. Those comments are being considered in our daily customer contact and our strategic decisions. We’d like to say thank you once again to the customers that were interviewed for this survey. In the future, all customers will have the opportunity to share their views through mini-surveys on our website or by phone. We take our vision of Excellence Beyond Expectations® seriously, and we look forward to hearing from you!
If you have any questions about this survey or any of our services, please contact Gloria Russell at 651-487-7110 or by e-mail at grussell@midwestsign.com.

Kansas City Textile Seminar
Kansas City held their Special Effects Seminar on September 9. Rob Coleman and Mark Suhadolnik from Wilflex, and Vernie Dahl from Autotype helped lead the seminar. Both vendors did a wonderful job on the presentations for the 17 customers that were able to attend.
After some classroom time, everyone was able to do hands-on practice on T-shirts. Our vendors provided each company with a nice sample give-away. Midwest offered a continental breakfast and delicious lunch for our customers. Both our outside sales reps, Jr. Costigan and Patti Fairchild, were on hand to help answer any questions about equipment and products. Joe Molina from M&R was also there to discuss equipment needs with our customers. Customer comments showed they enjoyed and benefited from the seminar. Back To Top
